Dagoretti South: a neighbourhood guide
Dagoretti South covers Mutu-ini, Ngando, Riruta, Uthiru/Ruthimitu and Waithaka, with Uthiru, Ruthimitu, Dagoretti and Kabiria among its estates. It sits on the western edge of the city, between Ngong Road and Waiyaki Way.
Markets
Dagoretti Market is the local trading centre, and Waithaka Shopping Centre serves the estates around it.
Living here
Dagoretti South is mostly residential and growing fast, with rentals generally cheaper than closer to town. Naivasha Road and Ngong Road are the main routes in and out.
