Price to defend world titles against Kotaskova on BBC

World champion Lauren Price will defend her unified welterweight titles against Michaela Kotaskova in Cardiff this November, in a fight to be shown live by the BBC.

World champion Lauren Price will defend her unified welterweight titles against Michaela Kotaskova on Friday, 20 November.

The Welsh fighter returns to home soil at the Utilita Arena in Cardiff for a fight that will be shown live on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer.

The same venue played host to Price's previous defence of her IBF, WBA and WBC belts last April, when the 32-year-old southpaw claimed a hard-fought victory over mandatory challenger Stephanie Pineiro Aquino.

"There's nothing better than fighting at home in Wales," said the former Olympic champion from Bargoed.

"The atmosphere in Cardiff is always incredible and I can't wait to walk out in front of my home fans again.
