Eligible Kenyan investors have been offered access to a UK residential real estate opportunity through a token-based structure introduced by Dubai-based platform Tokinvest.

The offering centres on Great Hampton Street Works, a listed Victorian button factory constructed in 1872 in Birmingham, UK, and restored in 2025.

The building now comprises 29 fully tenanted residential apartments and has been independently valued at approximately KSh 1.5 billion (£8.55 million).
