The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has approved a short-form prospectus submitted by Renaissance Capital (Kenya) Limited.

This has opened the door for eligible Kenyan investors to take part in the initial public offering of Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals (DPRP), a company based in Nigeria.
