Workable, a premium coworking operator in East Africa, has become the first workspace in Africa to achieve the WELL Coworking Rating, marking a new milestone for health, wellbeing and performance in the continent’s flexible workspace sector.

The rating was awarded to Workable’s flexible workplace in Nairobi, Kenya, under a global standard developed by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) in partnership with The Instant Group.

The WELL Coworking Rating provides a framework for improving health and wellbeing in coworking environments, covering areas such as air and water quality, lighting, comfort, fitness and mental wellbeing.
