From legal concerns to regional fragmentation: Why Dangote refinery project risks straining EAC unity
Posted 2026-09-30 03:20:03
Story
The Sh2 trillion Lamu refinery project is proceeding amid regional energy rivalries, concerns over imported crude and protests over land and compensation.
