What is the WTGL, how does the format work and which players are involved? We take a closer look at what to expect ahead of the inaugural women's TGL season, live on Sky Sports…
The WTGL follows on from the success of the Tomorrow's Golf League (TGL), founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy's TMRW Sports, in partnership with the PGA Tour.
The women's edition of the tech-infused golf league will see LPGA Tour stars feature in a unique team format, with five teams (representing five different cities) of five-player rosters confirmed for the inaugural season.
The season-long competition takes place across November and December at the SoFi Center in Florida, a purpose-built indoor venue, with every shot live and all the players mic'd up for the made-for-TV format.
