Huduma Kenya confirms same-day Certificate of Good Conduct service at Nairobi’s GPO and City Square centres, with e-Citizen payment and documents required.

Huduma Kenya has confirmed that applicants in Nairobi can receive a Certificate of Good Conduct on the same day they visit one of two designated centres, provided they have completed the required steps on the e-Citizen platform beforehand.

The clarification emerged from a public exchange on social media, in which a Kenyan citizen, Nelson, asked the agency directly:
