The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has announced that 13 vehicles were impounded during a joint safety compliance operation conducted along Nairobi's Southern Bypass on the night of Wednesday, October 28.
NTSA disclosed the operation's outcome on its official X account on Thursday, October 29, noting that an inter-agency team had carried out the checks after dark.
The authority outlined seven distinct categories of violations recorded during the exercise, split between the conduct of drivers and the condition of the motor vehicles themselves.
