• We're looking for a strategic and impact-driven Regional Domain Manager - Driver Ops to lead Bolt's Driver Operations across multiple markets within the region. This is an execution-focused role, directly accountable for driving the roll-out and impact of central Driver Operations initiatives at Regional Level.
• You will ensure that every central program - spanning Driver Acquisition, Driver Engagement, Rewards & Loyalty, Quality, Driver Experience and Funnel management, and Driver Community Engagement - is executed with excellence in your region. You will also channel structured market insights and feedback to central teams, ensuring global programs are designed and iterated with real market context.
• As the accountable owner for regional Driver Domain KPIs, you will ensure markets meet their OKRs, remove blockers, and create clear alignment between local and central teams. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives on making things happen and who can hold both local and central teams accountable for results.
• Strategic Execution & Regional Alignment: Drive end-to-end execution of global Driver Ops initiatives—including acquisition, engagement, loyalty, quality, funnel management, and community—translating central strategy into actionable regional priorities and scalable market plans.
• Performance Ownership & Accountability: Own regional domain KPIs and OKRs (e.g., driver acquisition, active driver retention, onboarding speed, and engagement quality), conducting rigorous tracking, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions to meet target performance.
• Business Review & Reporting: Lead regional syncs, domain-level business reviews (MBR/QBR), and prioritization reviews; prepare executive commentary, maintain performance transparency, and escalate operational blockers early for rapid intervention.
• Cross-Functional Escalation & Conflict Resolution: Resolve prioritization and resource conflicts decisively with General Managers and central teams, ensuring resources align with high-ROI opportunities and central objectives.
• Two-Way Strategic Feedback Loop: Cascade central updates, frameworks, and tools to local leads while surfacing country-level feedback, regulatory challenges, and market nuances to influence future global program design.
• Standardization & Tool Adoption: Enforce local market adoption of central tools, dashboards, playbooks, and processes to ensure consistency and equity in execution across all regional operations.
• Capability Building & Team Upskilling: Empower local Driver Ops teams through targeted training, templates, and best-practice sharing, fostering a culture of cross-market learning and continuous optimization.
• Local Business Case & Initiative Support: Partner with local managers to build robust business cases for new initiatives, ensuring local market specificities (e.g., payment methods, compliance) fit within broader central and regional goals.
• 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or category ownership with regional or multi-country scope
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-countries initiatives or programs with measurable impact
• Demonstrated ability to align central strategy with regional and local delivery
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience managing budgets, trade-offs, ROI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
• High ownership and initiative, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous contexts
• Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
• Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
• Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
• Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.
• Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.
