Role Description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist / IT Manager to maintain reliable technology operations and provide effective technical support across the organization. This role combines hands-on IT support, infrastructure management, system administration, troubleshooting, and technology planning to ensure users and business teams have the tools and systems they need.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related issues.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, cloud services, and common business applications.
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of user account management, access controls, endpoint management, and IT security practices.
• Familiarity with helpdesk or IT service management systems and ticketing workflows.
• Ability to manage IT assets, software licenses, system documentation, and technology resources.
• Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, system monitoring, and business continuity principles.
• Ability to coordinate IT projects, system upgrades, vendors, and technology-related initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills when supporting users and collaborating with technical and business teams.
