We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and experienced NICU Nurse to join our nursing team
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized nursing care to premature, critically ill, and high-risk newborns.
• Monitor neonatal vital signs, clinical condition, feeding, fluid balance, and response to treatment.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments, including oxygen/CPAP support.
• Assist with neonatal procedures, emergencies, and resuscitation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict infection prevention and patient safety standards.
• Provide education and emotional support to parents and caregivers while working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
Key Requirements:
• Higher Diploma in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years' NICU/neonatal nursing experience.
• Valid Training certificate in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications.
• Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) with a valid practicing licence.
