An underrated estate is one where you can find affordable food, reliable transport, shops and peace without paying a premium for the address.

Eric Onyango · Answer

Patrick Owino · Answer

Ian Kiptoo · Answer

The most underrated estate is probably the one your friends dismiss until they visit and discover that life there is actually convenient.

Cynthia Auma · Answer

An estate's reputation can be outdated. The important questions are what rent costs now, how secure the surroundings feel and what the commute is like.

Edwin Mugendi · Answer

Lilian Chebet · Answer
