• Identify and secure business from hospitals, healthcare providers, NGOs, county governments and emergency service organisations.
• Engage hospital administrators, procurement teams and other decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and coordinate with technical teams on vehicle specifications and medical fit-outs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Negotiate, close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Proven sales or business development experience in ambulances, ambulance services, medical equipment or healthcare solutions.
• Ability to prospect and sell directly to hospitals and healthcare organisations.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience with institutional procurement and tendering is an advantage.
• Medical knowledge or a healthcare background is an added advantage.
