• Conduct physical on-site facility audits and process verification using the Supplier Capacity Assessment.
• Verify local raw material sourcing logs and GPS farm traceability records.
• Coordinate sample collection and submission to CNAS/KEBS-accredited laboratories for GB standard testing (heavy metals, pesticide MRLs, microbiology).
• Prepare and submit technical dossiers for GACC CIFER portal registrations and coordinate with KEPHIS/KEBS for recommendation letters.
• Manage Chinese back-label compliance and pre-shipment sampling with CCIC inspectors in Mombasa.
• 4+ years in Quality Assurance, SPS compliance, or food safety auditing (HACCP/ISO 22000).
• Degree in Food Science, Agronomy, Quality Management, or related technical field.
