• Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor stock availability, coordinate orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Lead the customer service team and maintain service standards.
• Proven experience as a Service Adviser, Customer Service Supervisor or Team Lead in an automotive service centre, tyre business or vehicle workshop.
• Demonstrated ability to sell automotive products and services.
• Strong customer handling, communication and complaint resolution skills.
• Experience in inventory control and service coordination.
• Ability to supervise a team and meet sales and service targets.
