• Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, correspondence, reports, and other personnel documents.
• Support leave management, including maintaining leave records and assisting with leave requests and approvals.
• Assist with employee welfare and staff engagement activities.
• Support the implementation of performance management and staff appraisal processes.
• Assist with disciplinary and employee relations matters in line with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in coordinating employee onboarding and orientation.
• Support the HR department in maintaining proper HR documentation and filing systems.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR department.
• Handle employee information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Prepare HR reports and provide relevant information to management when required.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.
• Previous experience in a Human Resources environment will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, employment procedures, and employee administration.
• Working knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
