Working closely with the Operations Manager, Bike Financing, you will gain practical exposure to customer onboarding, documentation checks, asset handovers, repayment monitoring, collections support, reporting, and process improvement.

• This internship is designed for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in mobility financing, fintech operations, and customer service. What You'll Do

• Customer Onboarding Support: Assist with collecting and checking customer documents, updating records, and preparing files for review.

• Financing Operations Support: Help coordinate approved disbursements, motorcycle handovers, GPS installation checks, and completion of required documentation.

• Repayment Monitoring: Update repayment trackers, identify overdue accounts, send approved reminders, and escalate exceptions to the relevant team member.

• Collections and Recovery Administration: Support call lists, follow-up schedules, case records, and documentation for collections and recovery activities.

• Data and Reporting: Enter and validate data in spreadsheets and operational systems, prepare routine reports, and flag missing or inconsistent information.

• Field Coordination: Liaise with field officers and other teams to track pending verifications, handovers, customer follow-ups, and asset-related tasks.

• Process Improvement: Document recurring issues, suggest practical improvements, and support updates to checklists and standard operating procedures.

• Compliance and Customer Care: Follow internal policies, protect confidential information, and treat customers professionally and fairly.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field.

• No full-time work experience is required; relevant coursework, volunteering, attachment, or prior internship experience is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, ask questions, and follow through on assigned work.

• High integrity and discretion when handling customer and financial information.

• Interest in electric mobility, asset financing, fintech, or inclusive financial services.

What We Offer

• A structured, hands-on learning experience in mobility financing operations.

• Mentorship and regular feedback from experienced team members.

• Exposure to customer onboarding, portfolio reporting, field coordination, and operational systems.

• Opportunity to contribute to a high-impact electric mobility and financial inclusion mission.
