Job summary
Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for all Human Practice Foundation infrastructure and construction projects.

Job descriptions & requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Economics, or a related field, AND demonstrated construction/project management training or equivalent practical grounding in both QS technical work and project/team leadership. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Registration with BORAQS, IEK, EBK, or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Both of the following: (i) PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Certified Construction Project Manager; AND (ii) a relevant QS certification or professional QS registration.
• Minimum 8 years combining construction project management/infrastructure delivery AND quantity surveying/cost control, including 5 years in senior leadership overseeing multiple projects and teams
• Proven experience in contract administration, procurement, tender evaluation, and financial management on large institutional or community projects.
• NGO, donor-funded, or government project experience is an added advantage.
• Projects delivered within approved timelines and budgets.
• High construction quality standards maintained.
• Improved cost efficiency, contract management, and contractor accountability.
• Effective reporting and governance systems in place.
• A high-performing infrastructure team.
