TRIPLE A ADVOCATES is seeking a highly motivated and capable Advocate of the High Court of Kenya to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice in Nairobi.

Commencement: 2 November 2026 Experience: Minimum 2 years post-admission
TRIPLE A ADVOCATES is seeking a highly motivated and capable Advocate of the High Court of Kenya to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice in Nairobi.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate must:
· Be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in good standing;
· Have at least 2 years' post-admission experience;
· Hold a valid Practising Certificate for the year 2026;
· Demonstrate strong litigation and dispute-resolution experience by providing details of three (3) significant matters handled, with a clear description of the candidate's specific role and key contribution in each;
· Demonstrate strong skills in legal research, pleadings, affidavits, applications, submissions, legal opinions and advocacy;
· Have practical experience in court attendance, hearings, case management and/or alternative dispute resolution;
· Provide at least two referees, comprising one academic referee and one referee from legal practice; and
· Be available to commence on 2 November 2026 and be stationed at the Firm's Nairobi office.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct thorough legal research and prepare well-reasoned legal opinions and advice on contentious matters.
· Draft and file pleadings, affidavits, applications, submissions and other court documents accurately and within prescribed timelines.
· Appear and represent clients in court, including hearings, mentions, applications and case conferences.
· Manage cases actively, including case management, diarizing deadlines, and preparing witnesses and bundles.
· Participate in and, where required, conduct negotiations, mediation, arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
· Take instructions, advise clients and keep them updated on the progress and strategy of their matters.
· Maintain organized, complete and up-to-date case files and records.
· Work collaboratively with partners, fellow advocates and support staff, and support the supervision of junior team members where required.
