• People Foco Agency Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a mechanical services contractor specialising in plumbing, drainage, solar water heating and HVAC installations for commercial and specialised buildings.
• We seek candidates to support project planning, site coordination, costing and delivery of mechanical installation works.
• Prepare and track project work schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.
• Interpret construction drawings and identify discrepancies against Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and upload them to the approved system.
• Monitor monthly project costs and prepare valuations within set timelines.
• Ensure materials comply with approved specifications and schedules.
• Manage site materials and stock, and submit monthly stock reports.
• Support estimation and costing in coordination with the quantity surveying team.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least one year of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural and building services drawings.
• Practical knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Strong communication, organisation, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
