• Ensure PPB, GDP, and SOP compliance.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, storage, FIFO/FEFO, and expiry control.
• Coordinate procurement, stock verification, IBTs, and discrepancy reporting.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and GRNS.
• Monitor stock movements, stock counts, and slow-moving/short-expiry products.
• Support sales, retail, customer service, and timely order dispatch.
• Act as Branch Manager in their absence and oversee daily operations.
• Maintain regulatory records and professional stakeholder relationships.
• Implement quality assurance procedures and maintain operational efficiency.
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Diploma in pharmacy, enrolled with PPB with a valid practice licence.
• Minimum 1-year experience as a procurement officer or related position
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Knowledge of the Sage ERP desirable
