Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
• Must be registered and licensed by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical care, dispensing, inventory management and medication safety.
• Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Dispense medicines accurately and provide appropriate patient counselling.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and accountability of medicines.
• Monitor pharmaceutical stock levels and support timely re-ordering.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and comply with applicable regulations.
• Work collaboratively with clinicians and other hospital departments to promote safe and effective medication use.
