Employer: A reputable private school in Nakuru, Kenya
Location: Nakuru Salary: Ksh. 30,000 – 35,000 per month Status: Urgently required (multiple positions)
About the role We are seeking qualified, experienced and responsible School Bus Drivers to transport our learners safely and reliably.
Responsibilities
● Drive assigned school bus routes safely and on schedule
● Carry out daily vehicle checks and report faults promptly
● Follow all traffic laws and school safety and safeguarding procedures
● Ensure learners board, travel and alight safely
● Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy
● Communicate professionally with learners, parents and staff
Qualifications
● KCSE / Form Four certificate or above
● Minimum 4 years' relevant driving experience
● Valid PSV driving licence of the appropriate class
● Clean, responsible driving record
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Reliable, disciplined and professional
● Strong commitment to student safety and safeguarding
● Added advantage: previous experience driving a school bus or passenger vehicle
