• The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing construction projects to ensure timely, cost-effective and quality delivery. The role ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards while managing project teams and stakeholders. The position drives successful execution of multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to produce realistic construction schedules.
• Prepare and manage project budgets to ensure efficient cost control.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Lead and supervise on-site teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
