Job descriptions & requirements
1.Developing systems, procedures and policies for data management in an organization
2. Verifying documents for submission for all categories.
3. Ensures that all operational records are up to date following the correct and proper company filing policy.
4. Ensure that all candidates travelling have the required documentations like Interpol clearances, Passport, Yellow book and covid-19 certificate.
5. Control and Evaluate the IT electronic data operations i.e. Computers, Printers, Routers amongst others.
6. Maintain a stable access to the internet with in all company premises.
7. Manage and scheduling interviews.
8. Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies in the company.
9. Ensure a proper usage of the data base in accordance with the available system.
10. Ensure proper maintenance of all company computers and other IT items.
