Are you a detail-oriented, organised, and trustworthy lady who takes pride in creating clean, beautiful, and welcoming spaces? Do you have a passion for cleanliness, excellent presentation, and delivering exceptional service?
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Staff Member to help maintain a luxury private residence that caters to high-net-worth guests. This is an opportunity for a hardworking, discreet, and service-oriented individual who understands the importance of quality, comfort, and attention to detail.
Ladies who meet the requirements are warmly encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities
● Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and outdoor spaces.
● Prepare guest rooms to luxury hospitality standards, including making beds, arranging furnishings, and presenting fresh linens and towels.
● Ensure toiletries, refreshments, amenities, and essential supplies are fully replenished.
● Inspect assigned areas regularly to ensure the property remains immaculate, organised, and guest-ready.
● Respect guest privacy, safeguard personal belongings, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
● Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, politely, and professionally to housekeeping requests.
● Identify and report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or missing inventory.
● Handle luxury furnishings, linens, cleaning equipment, and household supplies with care.
● Follow daily cleaning schedules and maintain consistent quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
● Previous experience in housekeeping, hotels, serviced apartments, or private residences is an added advantage.
● Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for cleanliness and organisation.
● High levels of honesty, integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
● Good communication skills and a positive, respectful attitude.
● Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and work independently.
● Willingness to learn and uphold the standards expected in a luxury hospitality environment.
● A commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining guest confidentiality.
