• NestVest is looking for a hands-on Website Operations & Conversion Manager to manage the day-to-day operation of our real estate website and improve the journey from property discovery to enquiry and CRM handover. The role coordinates website content, property and project pages, landing pages, lead-capture journeys, website quality checks and performance reporting. You will work closely with the Growth, Marketing, Product, Technology, Rental and Sales teams.
• Website Content & Listing Operations Publish and update rental listings, resale properties and development projects.
• Verify property details, prices, availability, images, location and calls to action are complete and current before publication.
• Maintain a publishing calendar for property pages, project pages and campaign landing pages.
• Coordinate source-data confirmation with the relevant property or project owner.
• Regularly test the website on mobile and desktop.
• Check property search, listing pages, forms, WhatsApp links and other enquiry paths.
• Verify enquiries reach the correct CRM or team workflow with their source information.
• Log website issues with impact, priority, owner and due date, then retest after fixes.
• Monitor the journey from website visit to enquiry, qualified lead, viewing and further sales or rental progress.
• Work with marketing and business teams to identify drop-off points for visitors and leads.
• Recommend practical improvements to page content, calls to action and enquiry forms.
• Keep website-originated enquiries traceable through CRM with Sales and Rental teams.
• SEO & Local Content Operations Maintain page titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and location-specific content.
• Coordinate basic SEO and GEO content publishing with the Growth and Marketing teams.
• Use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to review traffic, search visibility and page performance.
• Coordinate content, landing-page and website-update requests through an agreed work queue.
• Work with the Product Manager to prioritise website requirements.
• Work with developers to describe issues clearly, track fixes and confirm completion.
• Coordinate with Marketing on campaign pages, and with Sales and Rental teams on lead handover and property information.
• Provide a concise weekly report: published/updated pages, listing completeness, website issues, enquiry sources, lead handover, key funnel results and next-week actions.
• Establish a website and conversion performance baseline in the first month, then agree measurable targets with your manager. Required Experience & Skills
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing a website, property portal, e-commerce site or other content-led platform.
• Practical experience using a website CMS to publish and update pages and listings.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEO basics and UTM tracking.
• Experience testing forms, WhatsApp links, mobile pages and enquiry journeys.
• Strong spreadsheet, data-checking and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage a task backlog, coordinate multiple teams and follow issues through to completion.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, user-focused approach. Preferred
• Experience in real estate, property listings, online marketplaces or lead-generation websites.
• Experience working with CRM systems and tracking leads from source to sales or rental outcomes.
• Familiarity with SEO/GEO content for local markets.
• Basic HTML or website troubleshooting skills. Success Measures
