Role Description The Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Interior Designer will develop concepts and layouts for residential and commercial spaces, perform space planning, and prepare mood boards and material palettes that align with client requirements and T&C’s product offerings.
Key responsibilities include
• Preparing accurate designs and drawings with minimal to zero errors.
• Ensuring correct measurements, material selection and cutting lists.
• Preventing company losses arising from design errors or negligence.
• Preparing and issuing quotations within 48 hours of design approval.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date showroom sample displays.
• Developing strong knowledge of design software and TLC products.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting sales.
• Completing all assigned work accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Working proactively as part of the team while maintaining high standards of customer service.
