Every cow, sheep and goat to get traceable tag under new gov't plan

The government will require every farmer to tag their cows, sheep and goats with Animal Identification and Traceability (ANITRAC) tags as it moves to tackle livestock theft, improve disease surveillance and strengthen the tracking of animals across the country.
