Muslims pray at the Milimani law courts after following a land dispute case
Muslims pray at the milimani law courts after following a case proceeding of Nine representatives linked to the Huruma Mosque, Said Dorfa,Mohamed Godana,Jillo Give,Molu Sora,Adan Oge ,Ali Kibarabara,Noor Salim,Hussein Mohamed and Mohamed Said at the Dock have been charged before a Milimani court in Connection with a land dispute involving property registered under SUPKEM.

They pleaded not guilty to the charge of forcible detainer contrary to Section 91 of the Penal Code and were released on cashbail of 50,000 shillings with an alternative bond of ksh. 200,000 each. The case will be mentioned on September 30, 2026 for further directions.
