A new high-rise residential development has entered Nairobi's housing market, with AERA Westlands officially launching on October 8, 2026, as an offering aimed at buyers prioritising space, location quality and configuration flexibility.
The 19-floor building, which contains 360 suites, sits at the junction of Westlands Avenue and David Osieli Road on a low-traffic, barrier-controlled street.
Despite the quieter setting, the development is within a five-minute walk of Sarit Centre and close to Waiyaki Way and the Nairobi Expressway.
