Samuel Kipchoge · Answer

Somewhere that makes my commute manageable. Free rent is amazing, but spending hours in traffic every day would still cost me time and energy.

Sarah Wambui · Answer

I would choose a neighbourhood with good public transport, affordable food and enough nearby shops to make everyday life easier.

Ann Waithera · Answer

I would choose a quieter estate where I could sleep properly and work without constant noise.

Joy Wambui · Answer

Somewhere close to friends and family. A beautiful apartment is less exciting if visiting everyone becomes an expedition.

Jackline Wairimu · Answer

I would choose a place I could never comfortably afford on my current budget, but I would check the commute before celebrating.

Diana Wanjala · Answer

I would prioritise reliable water, electricity, security and maintenance over a glamorous address.

Peter Maina · Answer

I would pick somewhere with restaurants, parks or interesting places to explore on weekends, since I would have an entire year to enjoy it.

Faith Nyambura · Answer

I would choose strategically: somewhere I could save the money I would otherwise spend on rent and use it to improve my finances.
