Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with a recruitment team to ensure smooth hiring processes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR-related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and engage qualified candidates across different industries.
Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, or other sourcing platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
