REQUIREMENTS




• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or a related field.


• At least 5 years' experience in a financial services role, with proven leadership experience.


• Strong knowledge of banking products and customer service.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




• Manage branch operations to achieve set targets. Lead and develop the branch team.


• Drive customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.


• Monitor performance and implement strategies for growth.
