• Salary Range KSh 100,000 - KSh 150,000/month
• You will assist the Social Media Operations Lead to oversee the company’s full social media account matrix and daily content execution. You ensure content is produced, reviewed and published as scheduled, all social media inquiries are timely logged into CRM and handed over to the Sales, Rental or Accounting Service teams. The core objective of this role is to connect account audience growth, valid lead acquisition and actual business conversion.
• Support delivery of monthly business targets by drafting weekly content plans, account publishing schedules and internal task allocation; track task owners, deadlines and live post links for all content.
• Manage NestVest official social media profiles and all authorized brand accounts under the group; implement unified brand tone and standardized content specifications across all channels.
• Take charge of the full content production workflow: topic planning, script drafting, shooting requirements, video editing, subtitle production, cover design, CTA configuration, factual verification, publication and post-release data review.
• Supervise the team to deliver outputs per internal SOP: a minimum of 12 original core content assets weekly, including at least 8 short videos, 5 property/project posts (minimum 3 focused on rental or resale listings), and 2 accounting service posts; at least 4 property guide or FAQ articles each month. • Oversee initial replies to comments, direct messages and WhatsApp inquiries, demand classification, CRM registration and lead handover; arrange on-duty staffing to ensure the first response is completed within 5 working minutes.
• Organize weekly data review meetings, split organic traffic and paid traffic indicators, and report playback volume, watch duration, engagement metrics, follower growth, clicks, customer inquiries, qualified leads, property viewing appointments and final business conversion outcomes.

• Manage account access permissions, two-factor authentication, material archiving and complete publishing records. Strictly forbidden actions: purchasing fake followers, fabricating engagement data, promising unsubstantiated investment returns, or releasing unapproved property listing information.
• Over 3 years of practical social media operation experience; candidates with team coordination or supervision experience are preferred.
• Possess real local customer acquisition cases in Nairobi, able to provide background data of previously managed accounts, complete growth tracks and valid lead conversion cases.
• Familiar with content rules and operation logic of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts; candidates with corporate LinkedIn operation experience are prioritized.
• Capable of planning short video themes, writing scripts and designing opening hooks and CTAs; basic shooting and editing capabilities are a plus, with strong ability to manage the full content production workflow.
• Skilled in Meta Business Suite, CapCut or equivalent editing & design tools, as well as spreadsheets for data sorting; capable of distinguishing impressions, play counts, engagement, clicks, customer inquiries and qualified leads.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills for daily work and copywriting; Kiswahili proficiency is highly preferred, Mandarin ability is an extra bonus.
• Strong execution and clear communication skills, able to manage multi-brand and multi-account tasks and ensure full on-time delivery.
• Recognize CRM as the official lead recording system, and clearly understand that the social media team is responsible for lead capture and handover only, rather than independently completing sales, rental or accounting service closing work.
• Weekly content plan delivery rate ≥95%; all published posts carry unique Content ID, clear CTA and trackable links.
• 100% implementation rate for factual audit, brand compliance and account security management requirements.
