• Cumulative service period of six (6) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which must be at the grade of Administrative Officer I or in a comparable position;

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration; Business Administration, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

• Membership of a relevant professional body;

• Proficiency in Computer Applications

• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
