A Super Metro tout helped a wheelchair user board a bus from Thika to Nairobi, earning praise and highlighting the need for accessible transport in Kenya.

A Super Metro tout has become the talk of social media after a video showed him going out of his way to assist a woman in a wheelchair board a matatu bound for Nairobi.

The woman, identified as Maggie, rolled her wheelchair up to the co-driver's door and waited as the tout came to her aid.

He opened the door, then carefully lifted her onto the seat, making sure she was comfortable before doing anything else.

Maggie was travelling from Thika to Nairobi's central business district and later shared her experience on Facebook, where she praised the Super Metro crew for making the trip possible.
