Top on the agenda of the SGM, due in a matter of hours, will be the conduct of Mariga and Co who have been accused of bringing federation activities to a standstill by allegedly forestalling the convening of NEC meetings.

In a statement, the federation said the meeting will be convened in line with Article 31(2) of the FKF Constitution.

“The SGM has been convened by members of the FKF Congress in accordance with Article 31(2) of the FKF Constitution, 2017,” the statement read.

Curiously though is the absence of FKF president Hussein Mohammed from the list of those whose conduct will be considered especially after a notice drafted close to a week ago indicated that he would also be required to answer to a number of accusations.
