Kenya Power has announced planned electricity interruptions in parts of Kajiado, Siaya and Nyeri counties on Saturday, October 31, to facilitate routine maintenance.

The scheduled outages will affect several neighbourhoods, villages, roads, markets and institutions, with some areas expected to remain without electricity for up to nine hours.

In the Nairobi region, parts of Kajiado County will experience two separate interruptions between 8am and 5pm.

The first will affect Kibiku and Ngong, including Gichagi, Police Ngong, Lemiso, Maragara Road, Ngere Road, Berra, Forgotten, Kimuka, Sakuka Mallow, Oleshoboro, Saikeri and adjacent customers.
